-Underfell
-Actually a weakling
-Stutters quite a lot
-Last name pronounced like "Out"
-Gay for his cousin (Ray; Fell!Spray Cray)
-Gay in general
-Kidnapped by his grandfather (Fell!Ink) once at the age of four
-Suffers from PTSD from said kidnapping
-Possible minor Tourettes? Probably not though
-Honestly loves and looks up to his Uncles to death (UnFresh, PaperCut, Fell!Goth)
-Has sinned but is actually quite innocent still
-25% Skeleton; 25% Skelinkton; 25% Feline; 25% Human
-Looks more like his father (Fell!Palette) but has a temperament and personality more like his mother (Fan)

-Actually went through about fifty different design ideas before havibg settled on this
